Course Aim

The Calm Minds, Strong Teams programme aims to empower organisations experiencing high levels of pressure by providing employees and leaders with practical tools and strategies to enhance wellbeing, resilience, and overall team performance.


Over the course of a series of four workshops, participants will engage in a comprehensive exploration of stress management, resilience building, self-care practices, and the development of a personalised coping toolkit.
